Imogen Radburn an athlete, competitor, and motorsport enthusiast.
Imogen Radburn is a trailblazing Australian race car driver paving her way to the F1 Academy through grit, talent, and resilience. Unlike many, Imogen has earned every seat on merit, not money, most recently competing in Australian Formula 4 under AGI Sport.
Her journey has taken her across the globe, training with elite teams and overcoming immense personal challenges, including major surgery and chronic illness, all while continuing to inspire the next generation.
A fierce advocate for women in motorsport, Imogen works closely with programs like Girls on Track, speaking at schools, industry events, and even the Formula 1 Grand Prix to empower young women to break barriers.
Her brand is built on three pillars: Drive - Inspire - Empower, reflecting her mission to create a more inclusive future in the sport she loves.

Driving Change from the Ground Up
Imogen Radburn plays an active role in Girls on Track, helping deliver unforgettable motorsport experiences designed to empower and inspire young females. As part of the First Gear initiative, she helps children as young as 12 get behind the wheel of a Mustang in a safe, supportive environment, often their very first experience driving a car.
Imogen also leads pit lane tours, giving girls exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to Supercar teams and other racing categories, where they meet engineers, mechanics, and drivers up close.
She regularly speaks at events and hosts Q&A sessions, sharing her personal journey through the ranks of motorsport to show young women what’s possible.
