Imogen's Story
As Imogen works towards her goal of becoming a global race car driver, she has earned a reputation for her aggressive, determined driving style and her unwavering “never say die” attitude. Her commitment to the sport is unmatched - training relentlessly both on and off the track to sharpen her physical conditioning and mental resilience, laying the groundwork for a successful international career in motorsport.
Fiercely competitive behind the wheel, Imogen is equally genuine and approachable off the track, building strong friendships with fellow drivers. She prides herself on being more than just an athlete, she is a role model and mentor to young women aspiring to break into motorsport.

Imogen is dedicated to being a visible and positive influence for the next generation. She actively promotes female participation in motorsport and works hard to ensure that young girls see the sport as a place where they too can belong and thrive.

Making Change From The Ground Up -
Imogen Radburn plays an active role in Girls on Track, helping deliver unforgettable motorsport experiences designed to empower and inspire young females. As part of the First Gear initiative, she helps children as young as 12 get behind the wheel of a Mustang in a safe, supportive environment, often their very first experience driving a car.
Imogen also leads pit lane tours, giving girls exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to Supercar teams and other racing categories, where they meet engineers, mechanics, and drivers up close.
She regularly speaks at events and hosts Q&A sessions, sharing her personal journey through the ranks of motorsport to show young women what’s possible.
Through mentorship, education, and lived experience, Imogen is helping shift the perception of motorsport—proving it's a space where girls not only belong, but thrive.
